She’s really a GEM! Like she has said she’s creating healthy relationships, I’m a witness! It’s a miracle I stumbled upon her social media platform. I was hooked every since. The first session we had with her had me in tears and actually saying there’s hope! Besides working on my relationship, she has even helped me have self awareness and I love it! I have learned where I lack, that I haven’t been able to be fully vulnerable. I’m able to work on myself so that I am able to heal. Also knowing how I can be better as a person as well to show up as a partner correctly. I thank God for her seriously and I’m grateful the way that she cares! I love that she keeps it real, she don’t sugar code NOTHING she’s definitely on a mission! I’m ready to see the amazing end with her! I pray she continues to be blessed! I've been working with Kittie as my couple's therapist for about 4 months now and I've recently taken her "Codependent to Independent" class and I must say, she is the real deal! I love how authentic and relatable she is. She doesn't sugarcoat anything for me and her extensive knowledge has allowed me to understand so much about myself and my actions. In our sessions she's able to simply listen to me and pick up on something and she dives into the issue. Kittie is amazing! I've taken a number of her classes and in each class I learn something new. Places where I taught I was healed, Kittie made me realize I only covered those places with a bandaid. If you're on a journey of self transformation, healing, learning about yourself, or relationships then I highly recommend you take Kittie Rose classes.  She breaks everything down for you, and her classes are interactive.  She gives you assignments so you can continue to learn and grow.  I have taken four of her classes so far, and I have enjoyed all of them. I have learned so much and will continue to utilize all that I have learned in her classes in my life. I have gained so much wisdom and insight from Coach Kittie's consultation and classes!  I highly recommend using her services if in a relationship or preparing to be in a relationship.  I'm a repeat customer and now have done individual consultation and four classes.  I'm learning and growing so much! Kittie is phenomenal! I learned more in my 2, 2hr Self Sabotaging classes than I did in weeks of therapy. She gives you homework assignments which really make you even more aware of your self sabotaging behaviors and where they stem from.
